This marking pen can be used as a coverslip marking pen. It has a resistance to chemicals (ethanol, methanol, and xylene), it's ability to withstand extremely low temperatures (i.e. -80 C) without smearing or fading, as well as being so ultra fine that it is able to write clearly on such small items as the PCR tubes or microcentrifuge tubes.
